TUITION
Our studio calendar is based on a 34-week year running Aug. – May. Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments. Your monthly class tuition remains the same each month. In the event that our yearly showcase must be scheduled in June, there will be a pro-rated June billing for classes received. If a student decides to drop a class (or all classes), immediate notification must be given to the office staff. This will avoid over-billing if a child is no longer in a class. Non-attendance is not considered withdrawal from class. There will be no extra charge for the 5th week in a month, nor will there be a reduction for the months with school holidays.
Tuition Due: 1st of each month
Late Fee: $25 fee after the 10th
*Please note: If your account is 30 days past due, your student will not be allowed to participate in class.

Online: You can now make your payments online. An email from G Rhythm’s Jackrabbit Software will be sent to you with step by step directions for your Parent Portal.
In studio: Dropbox is set up at the front desk for check payments

MAKE-UP CLASSES & WITHDRAWAL
Any classes missed may be made up within one month. Parents must contact the teacher to schedule a makeup class. No refunds will be granted for missed classes. For classes cancelled by the studio, makeup classes will be provided. Arrangements for absence due to extended illness may be made. NOTE: If school is closed due to bad weather the studio will also be closed for your child’s safety.
***WRITTEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL IS REQUIRED ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. YOU WILL BE OBLIGATED FOR TUITION UNTIL NOTICE IS RECEIVED.
CLASS TIMES
All classes will begin and end on schedule. Please have your child at the studio dressed and ready on time. Please do not ask us to be responsible for your child for extended periods before or after class. Children are to remain in the Lobby before class and while waiting for their rides.
DRESS CODE
Ballet Class– Solid color leotard, tights and pink ballet shoes– hair neatly pinned up.
Jazz Class– Bra top, fitted shorts, fitted tanks (no T-shirts), tan jazz shoes, hair neatly pinned up.
Tap Class– Tap shoes (style depends on class).
Studio B: Caramel Tap Shoes
Studio A: Black Tap Shoes
Anything but pants that cover tap shoes. No jeans
Hip Hop– Sweat pants, tennis shoes, anything goes… but please no jeans
Tumbling/Cheer– T-shirt, bra top, fitted top with fitted or soft shorts
PARKING & PICK UP
Private Parking is available at the studio. For additional parking, use parking behind the Fred Roberts Hotel. The parking at Monroe @ Madison is no longer available during business hours. Please come inside to drop off and pick up your child. No student is allowed in the parking area without a parent or guardian.
Parents are always welcome to stay and enjoy our lobby lounge area during classes!
REMINDERS
Please have names on all shoes, dance bags, book bags and items that may be brought to class. There is a LOST & FOUND BOX in the lobby. Check the box as soon as you are missing an item. This box is disposed of several times a year.
FOOD & DRINK
Only WATER is allowed in class rooms. NO other Food or Drinks are allowed in ANY classroom at any time!!!! Please help keep our lobby & sitting areas clean!
G Rhythm’s Boutique
We offer G Rhythm dance fashions and apparel in a variety of styles. Dance shoes and tights are available also.
